Developer Assistance
Builders of Common Interest Developments sometimes don’t have available staff to provide guidance and assistance when working with the start up of new communities. Rather than adding staff or adding to the burden of staff, we step in to:
Review and comment on non-recorded governing documents to check for clarity and practical use.
Assist in gaining homeowner compliance on issues requiring the association’s approval.
Create the first Rules and Regulations.
Organize the first Annual meeting to comply with the governing documents.
Provide specifications and detailed recommendations for hiring the first Managing Agent.
Provide training for the Sales Staff in understanding and presenting the association governing documents.
Attend Board Meetings as the Developer Representative.
